The building consists of 20 apartments, predominantly 2 bedroom and studio style accommodation within two blocks over 3 and 4 storeys which are linked via the 4 storey stair core, with surface parking to the rear of the site catering for 20. The Site was very restrictive surrounded by listed housing, and roads on two elevations. This proved an interesting challenge at the design stage.
